Ranking: Supertubes in Jeffrey's Bay named second best surf spot in the World

About a month ago CNN named the "World's 100 best beaches" and listed 8 beaches in  South Africa (three), Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Kenya and Zanzibar (each one) among those. Now the news network named, in cooperation with "Surfing Magazine" and with contributions from from pro surfers and their own experiences, the "World's 50 best surf spots". The lucky winner is not in Africa, but Supertubes in Jeffrey's Bay in South Africa came in second in the ranking of the World's 50 best surf spots". Congratulations!
2. Supertubes, Jeffrey's Bay, South Africa
The best right-hand ride in the world, according to our panel of Surfing Magazine editors, Jeffrey's Bay offers long, fast barrels off an intense point break.
The bay is divided into sections, so there are plenty of choices -- Kitchen Windows, Magna Tubes, Boneyards and, gnarliest of all, Supertubes.
Expert surfers flock here for rides up to 300 meters long. (via CNN)
